The final touch.

I'm with Bas in Groningen today.
He's getting his orthosis on his left middle finger. It's a double silver ring, called an SRS-ring.
This ring is forcing his finger to stay straight, while he still has the possibility to stretch and bend it.
This should be the final treatment he's getting. (for now...) Anyway, no future appointments at therapists, doctors and so on are planned now.

It hurts me to see him wear this thing, but he's accepting it, just as he has done will all the previous things that happened to him. And lots has happened to him.
