THE HERON IN THE HAWTHORN.

Left for the canal early this morning just as the sun was coming up. A really lovely morning with just the birds singing and thousands of geese coming in. I managed to blip this heron before it flew off. I thought it was unusual as it was very white compared to the usual grey ones. Maybe there are different ones. My extras are the sky as I reached the canal and the other is just a view of the colours changing.
Did a little gardening and sat in the sun for half an hour reading my book in the sunshine.
