Sedum

I like sedums. There leaves, the texture and the flowers that last as seedbeds long into the winter months. Then they die back into the ground and reemerge in spring. Is this too pinkish red for the red colour theme.
A lovely Zoom meeting this morning with Wendy who, as ever, rekindled and inspired me to return to my photographic projects. She shared a project book that she is working on that incorporates some wonderful poems by her partner who died very recently. A very powerful example of how photography can combine with memories to share and evoke emotions in the viewer/reader.
