LD 196. The best of colours

Argyll is stunning at any time of the year but if I have a special partiality it is for these few weeks when the colours of autumn are at their finest.

That is one of the reasons why I often find it so hard to drag myself away east though for the next few days I must be in Parliament as I am due to give a statement tomorrow and on Wednesday give evidence to the Covid Committee for the 11th time .

Then I have to lead the debate that will I hope refuse Westminster legislative consent for their dreadful Internal Market Bill.
