Pork Tjop
with fennel bulb, garlic, sweet pepper & baby potatoes. Cooked in apple mush (leftover from S's jelly cooking), tomato ketchup & stock. Served with a Halfway Merlot.
Recipe is from a September 2010 BBC Good Food magazine, left to us when a friend returned to the States more than 10 years ago.
