Winter is coming

Time to tackle the trees that we hauled out from in and around the stream many months ago. I have chainsawed them into 33cm slabs & now need to split & stack. Many have a 50cm dia!

For the record, an extra photo of our stacked wood before we start work. It will go on the right-hand side i.e for winter 2021/22 at the earliest. The right side is not full, in the middle where the yellow & red boxes are it is empty.

And again for the record, I managed to complete the Twitter June Challenge of a daily posting on nature matters, mostly videos in my case.
