Some views of St. Charles Church and garden.
Feast Day of St. Bruno, founder of the Carthusian Order. 1032-1101
An overcast Tuesday with plenty to do indoors. Much rain today. Good for the gardens and lochs.
Arthur is purring on my lap as I write this.
Although the church is closed, the exterior still holds the sense of holiness most church buildings project. The garden has many seasonal flowers, trees and shrubs, along with the statue of St. Charles Borromeo.
It is sad to see the church in such a non functioning way, but the future will reveal how things will change there in time.
I am reading this book by Vassula Ryden. I was once blessed to hear her give a talk in Manchester.
Have a good evening blip friends and thanks for recent kind comments and stars.
