The Highland Boundary Fault

This geological fault crosses diagonally from Stonehaven in the east of Scotland to to Helensburgh and Arran in the west. This view of Conic Hill has the Highlands to the left and Lowlands to the right with the Island of  Inchmurrin on Loch Lomond below.
