Opticians for John this morning.

After listening to Nicola we set off for Cambuskenneth for a walk. The trees are really quite autumnal around Stirling. The colours are amazing.

On the way home we collected E and E from school. Love the chat on the way home. Chloe and Rosa enjoyed a race around the garden while we had a chat with Ali.

Sad to report Joyce was taken into hospital yesterday. Hopefully she will be home in a couple of days. On her birthday , at the end of the month , she will be 92.
