That Retina again

I've gone for an easy blip today as I didn't get much sleep caused by what I'm guessing is an arthritis flare up.  One of my thumb joints felt as if it had tooth ache ... if that makes sense. It has largely calmed down now but I'll have to figure out what might have caused it.

Can't be doing with this ageing malarkey - things to do - places to see etc!

There is a film in the retina - although I'm not making great progress with actually using it.
Must try harder!

Thanks to everyone who commented on my mono blip yesterday - all much appreciated but I'm avoiding typing so I'll reply once things are back to normal.
