Change of Plans

We were going to spend a few days taking the boat to Edinburgh and milling about, but we had to about turn so we will be letting the tram take the strain.

The canal is choked with weed, fouling the prop and upsetting the engine, we did wonder about pushing on but decided discretion was the better option, and the boat made it back happily, but really the Union Canal is a disgrace just now!
