Bright eyed and bushy tailed.

After yesterday’s sunshine we had a wet day, so plenty of indoor jobs done.
I was just taking a photo of the fungi which has sprung up at the base of next door’s tree, when a very obliging squirrel came along and stopped to eat something he had dug up.
So Blip sorted.

We had some very good news last night.
A phone call from our eldest grandson, who was excited to inform us that we would become great grandparents next May.
What a surprise! So glad that they have got settled in their new house. Apparently now busy decorating.
He was disappointed that they couldn’t tell us in person, but not allowed to visit us under our strict lockdown rules.
Unfortunately no chance of them being lifted any time soon, but we have certainly something to look forward to.
