Joining with yesterday

Not too bad first thing so we headed to Boulmer and went running. First I went north to the Howick Burn (pic) where yesterday's walk ended then back past the car and south almost to Alnmouth, a mix of terrains, including beach.Mr Rat did much the same but with a short extra loop near Alnmouth and we finished at the same time.
 It was clouding over by the end and the rain came on shortly after we'd finished. I managed nearly 8 miles, with the knee behaving as long as I didn't push too hard.
After lunch back at the campsite we had a wet walk to Warkworth and did a bit of exploring.
