Mossy beech banks

...on the back lane from Bronant - about the start of mile five on the Bronant Circuit. It was such a lovely Spring day today that there had to be a walk: so across the fields to the main road and about quarter of a mile along that towards Bronant before turning off on a forestry track to the west, which - after crossing a couple of streams and a couple of fields arrives on the main forestry track that exits on the lane from Bronant to Bont Neuadd. Down the lane to Bronant, North through the village and then down the lane by the old post office and a long circuit to the east back home. The avenue of beeches is about three-quarters of a mile from my cottage.
