Potato and Onion Tortilla

After a day of online work, it was a nice change to use up some potatoes and cook this Spanish tortilla. I don't make them often as it's a bit of a faff and you need patience, but this one turned out not too badly. Bb asked for a piece just as I was about to take a pic. He approved!
