Hoopoe

After seeing Nicpic’s shot of the hoopoe at Collingham I decided to head over for a look. It’s about an hours trip but managed to combine it with lunch with friends so well worth the effort. 
It was happily feeding away while couple of dozen birders/photographers took their shots. I took 223, most were rubbish when cropped. Only a couple where it’s Mohican was showing (extras). Was amazing to see, photo doesn’t do it justice.
