Farming

It was a lovely day for a long walk after yesterday's spadework.  The countryside looks beautiful as the farmers put it to bed for the winter.  All the arable fields are cultivated and drilled.  I think the sprayer was probably putting on pre-emergent weedkiller.  The cows on the hillside opposite were chewing the cud in the sunshine, and a few trees are starting to change colour.
