Whitehaven Garden Centre

Today our younger son came to take me for an afternoon out, we went to Whitehaven Garden Centre, first time we have been to that one. Of course I treat myself, along with some winter flowering Viola I bought this lovely red shrub, Euonymus Alatus Compactus apparently it doesn't grow to big, so I know the exact spot to put it in the garden where I can see it from the window.
It has very interesting branches described on the label as corky wings, can be seen on main picture, if you look closely. Extra shows the full plant.
