After my impression yesterday of a comatose sloth, today has been much better with a morning bike ride and an afternoon walk. 
The main was a slight detour from my ride, chosen as I knew there would be people. 
The extra was from the walk, where we saw an egret, shellducks, and common sandpipers, as well as this cormorant.
