Secret Valley

Went to my first indoor Pilates after the outdoor sessions started after lockdown. However think it will be the last for a while as cases locally are growing and travelling to another area adds another level of risk. Having come this far it seems to make sense to be extra careful. That is hard as we were enjoying our freedom. Son Thomas feels that Covid in the student population of Sheffield is closing in on him and his housemates. Just hope he escapes.

Had a trip to Dalby forest. Certainly quieter as we saw no one on our walk. Decided to explore and found a wonderfully green valley which seemed to be used by bikes but was not signed. It reminded me of Puzzle Wood in the Forest of Dean. Our new track also revealed lots of Fly Agaric fungi along with a few different varieties (see extra).

Really enjoyed the new series of All Creatures Great and Small. Roll on series two.
