Starling

This afternoon I went for a walk alongside a river near my house, which is usually a small trickle, but which has become a raging torrent due to the snow melting in the Pyrénées.

I missed getting pictures of more wildlife today than I usually see ... ho hum ..

On the missed list are :

Blue herons
3 deer
1 fox
Red legged grouse
Green woodpecker
wren
2 Buzzards
3 great white egrets
Greylag geese
...

Tomorrow is another day Dorothy .... have some starlings
