...on this day

i lost my sister - very unexpectedly - receiving that phone call - you never want to get - and with it went

-a big sister
-my rock
-a best friend
-someone who could drive me nuts but also make me laugh ‘til i cried

i am sad today - but through my tears - i am also rejoicing because - as a christ follower - scripture tells me this:

“for if we live, we live to the lord; and if we die, we die to the lord. so then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the lord’s.” romans 14:8

i have the assurance - my sister is living - the high life with abba - out of pain in this world - dancing with abandon in another - and that makes it...
