Smelt, and Not Seen
What the Pittosporum flower lacks in beauty it makes up for in its heady perfume. Shy and retiring during the daytime it releases it’s siren scent in the evening. On a warm night (we had several last week) it fills the garden and infiltrates the house. When you add in the nearby lilac and apple blossom its all a bit overpowering.
