Confusion

Following a conversation with Daughter we thought cafes as well as pubs and restaurants were closing tomorrow so we decided to have an al fresco brunch before the cafe closes.

However, it appears it is only establishments with alcohol licenses that have to close.

A later updated advises of a turnaround and that cafes and restaurants with an alcohol license can stay open so long as they don’t sell alcohol.
