Medicinal!

I’ve been burning the candle at both ends recently - all work, no party - and for some reason this afternoon it’s all caught up on me like a tonne of bricks. I totally realise the worst possible antidote to compound exhaustion/stress is a good glass of red...and also sabotage to my SlimmingWorld struggle but nonetheless this is my downfall tonight whilst I wait for my zero syn baked potato to cook.
