Trying to get stronger again

Met a new physiotheapist today. She seemed very talented and nice and I hope that she will have good ideas for me in future. It seems that my right shoulder has some bigger problem, than I knew. Including few issues, why I went to physiotheapist in the first place.

Anyway, now having some new moves to do in the gym. I decided to start right away.

Ps the Corona situation in Finland is surprisingly that the incidence rate of infections in northern Ostrobothnia Vaasa is now 330 per 100,000 inhabitants, compared to 89 per 100,000 inhabitants in Helsinki.
Only some student's party evening held in Vaasa and boooom, there we have a corona-capital! Helsinki situation is now nothing compared to Vaasa :/
