On the prowl

Not a great photo but you have to be quick when the heron is about. I thought he was stalking fish in the canal but then there was a big splash and two ducks emerged safely thankfully.
Nice to be back at work today. It was warm enough not to need the heater on in the cabin.
Hubby cooked dinner tonight which was a nice treat, a lovely home made chilli and rice.
