Flowers from Sarah

These beautiful flowers arrived from my very old friend Sarah Ratty, I called her while I was having my walk, lovely to catch up.

I also called and had a half-hour chat with my auntie bonnie whose birthday it is today.

Also caught up with my friend Simone on the phone.

I slept very badly last night and have not felt good today, I’m hoping for a good nights sleep and a better day tomorrow.
