C19 level 3 plan requires us to stay in our own county , with several exceptions. A hospital appointment being one - this is the M8 to Cork . I put the cruise control on 120 km and left it there for nearly 100 km ,it was really only a few lorries on road . Brilliant .
Good news is my annual echocardiogram showed very little change to my heart prob , only a mild increase in the murmur.
