Mist at Hoendiep canal

Well, my vacation is off to a good start! An early start, but a good start. The location I had in mind didn't work out and I ended up very close to the place I was fishing with my dad last week.

Once the sun made an appearance, the mist over the water increased and was also beautifully lit from behind. I couldn't get as close as I wanted so I had to crop this image quite a bit. The business case for a new telephoto lens is coming together...
