Two years ...
I haven't been the best of blippers over the last 8 months. 

Turning my comments off has certainly taken away the pressure and guilt that I was starting to feel for not always commenting on other journals. 
I reached a point where I was just not enjoying it anymore and it was becoming a bit of a chore at times. 
I have found a balance that for now works for me.
