Notes: Another quite warm and sticky day. Up early for a jog/walk - coming back near the end, right calf pulled tight and  painful. Spent the day trying to stretch and loosen it. Went to the pool early for a bit and out to the beach - found this sand dollar rolling in (unusual this time of year and the waves were fairly forceful).
