Baking Mad...!!

Been watching too many Cookery programs...!!!!!
I made the pastry myself from scratch....the food processor ‘whizz up’ method is the business..!!
I am never successful in the traditional manner...but now I don’t think I’ll be buying as it’s never as nice..
This jam is Apple & Cranberry...with some orange rind and good ‘splash’ of port in two of the jars...!
It’s very nice ..I’ve tried it in the jam tarts...!
It would I think also be nice with savory!
