These trees are always able to bring a bit of calm to the world!

It would appear that J from BT is getting quite close to getting my account sorted out. Whilst I’m still fuming about it all she is doing all she can and is very good at ringing to inform me of progress. I’ve got my old number back and broadband is back. Now it’s a case of ensuring that the terms of my previous contract are reinstated.
