Bread

We bought the breadmaker late last year and it was J's special task to keep us supplied with home made bread. However, this afternoon he had to go out, and I was permitted to prepare the mixture for the first time!! He went through the preparation in incredible detail, set off, and returned a couple of hours later. I think he was suitably surprised that the loaf was actually on its way - and turned out like this.... Cheers!!
