Great Start to the Day!

Flat tire and no way to mend it before needing to be at work.
One of my fantastic colleagues picks me up and lends me her car to do all the visits today.
She was in a study day and I was the only one available to visit the women and babies at home.
Isn't it wonderful to work with women who care - not only about their colleagues but the families they look after.
How would the NHS cope without all this good will?
