Soup Time!
October is the perfect month for making delicious and nourishing soups when the weather turns cold. I love making soups and usually make big quantities so they can serve more than one meal.
One of my favourite combinations is pumpkin and ginger, with chopped red onion and one or two small potatoes. When I serve the soup, I swirl in a tablespoon of coconut milk in each bowl!
