The Gin Distillery

Finding it harder to get inspired with my shot of the day given the weather and the need to take care with the current upsurge in virus numbers.

A quick walk today and my Blip was taken through the window of a bar/mini gin distillery in More London close to the Thames.

Nearly had heart failure this morning when a message popped up on my phone to tell me I may have been in close contact with someone who had the virus, before I could read it properly the message disappeared. Searched around for it without success. Went onto the net to try and find out more and it would appear this is a common error (sorry default message) to tell you the app is working. This is just garbage. Created unnecessary anxiety and just gives you even less confidence in the app. 

I foolishly expected that when I went recently to Gloucestershire that the status for the area where I was would change the status on the App. It didn't which surprised me. I wonder how students are being recorded in this wonderful application. Does it record them based on their home location or their student location........Possibly it is a Trick or Treat App.
