New reality day 74

We had a lovely sunny day today and to embrace that we took the dogs around the pond Turranlampi this morning. There were more people around than usual, enjoying the weather.

I don't know what I've wasted my day on. I feel like I haven't accomplished anything. Little bit of reading. Planting one succulent. Baking. That's about it.

I took the "pressure socks" off today earlier than I should. They were feeling so cold. I think it's the material. It feels sweaty on hot weather and cold on colder weather. Never good on skin. Today is the last day that I have to wear them, but I think I'll continue couple of days more. At least half days. I read that the longer one wears them, the more succesful the operations usually are. And as I do not wish to have the legs done anytime soon, I will try to live with the socks few more days.

But I hate them. Just letting you. I'm allergic to the silicone and my feet are so so cold. And they are really difficult to put on and to take them off my feet. I don't have enough strength on my fingers to handle them. At the hospital they have 2 people and this device to put them on. And they expect us to be able to do that alone. Well we do, but we sweat and swear while we do.
