Cosy up with Cathy 16

Ok Ready Steady Cook. What can you do with this little collection? That’s my tea along with the plain chicken breast in the oven.
Needless to say I’m struggling for inspiration. Oh and the alarm has just gone to tell me to take my metformin.
I have had two jabs today, one for flu and one for pneumonia so at least I have had a healthy cocktail of drugs!
Spaghetti gone in the pan.
An out of date thing of coconut cream ( wouldn’t know what to do with it but it looks good in the cupboard). I may just put it back. Found some cheese in the fridge - not sure it will go.
Just looked at the hob and realised the flame had gone out but the gas was still coming through.
To think Mr C is complaining because he is having fish and chips.
Oh well it’s only one meal.
