Delicate

The crocus and colchicum flowers have stodd up to the unclement weather pretty well.   Crocus tournefortii - this may not be the last time you see it this year! - which has flowers that stay open at night and in dull weather, is still looking perfect despite the blustery wind and occasional showers today.

Some tidying and cleaning and some seed sorting, I'll send some off to the AGS exchange which is going ahead this year although on a smaller scale due to Covid restrictions.   Much amusement this afternoon when I re-washed some of the towels after they come out of the washing machine looking 'off colour'.   I tried using powder but as all I had was hand wash powder the machine filled with foamy bubbles :-)    They did come out looking better though!
