Jigsaw

This is the jigsaw I started yesterday! Began the day with a telephone appointment with a physiotherapist. She asked loads of questions and has sent me some exercises to do. If there is no improvement after four weeks she will consider a face to face consultation. 
Did a bit of tidying up in the garden then went for a walk. It started raining so I didn't complete my whole route!
