Sophie's Going Downhill

Kate, Joel and Sophie came over late morning to so a bit of shopping for Joel's birthday ina couple of weeks' time. While Mym & Dad were shopping g, Sophie took Tess & I down the park where we kicked a football around and had fun inthe playground.

Here's Sophie, having summoned up the courage to come down the slide head first for the first time.

We got home on time for me to watch the live stream of Yeovil losing 1 0 at home to Wrexham. We were pretty abysmal for the first 30 minutes and, although we improved after that, we lacked any real cutting edge and pace. Could be a long season.

Our neighbour John delivered our first load of logs for winter late afternoon so got them safely stacked away in the store while it was still just about light.
