Opportunistic or what!

I move quickly sometimes to take advantage, for better or worse, and our decision to create space in the freezer by chucking out old ice cubes led to this blip.  

I rescued the disappearing cubes from the kitchen sink and placed them, for a moment, on our worthy, black-velvet backdrop, for a five second photo shoot.

Disappearing ice...and our glaciers are going the same way, as they have always done since the apres-ice age but much more rapidly now because of our actions as planet-inhabitants. Watch out!
