Of all the places to do this whole covid thing, Aberfeldy has been awesome.
'Feldy-roo' delivering morning tea (including the papers) and evening meals free of charge from a rota of local restaurants and pubs to a few hundred shielding and vulnerable people a night.
The bakery becoming a greengrocers in the space of a week running deliveries all up the valley. And never once running out of pasta/flour/sugar etc!
A community larder open to all stocked by the co-op and local butchers, bakery and farms.
Childcare and activity providers pooling together to provide childcare for key workers as the nearest provision was 30 miles away.
And now..... a drive in cinema! Set up by the tiny community owned/run cinema for a few days at a time. Complete with food stalls, snacks and an awesome view if the film doesn't do it for you.
