GAIA
After the exertions of yesterday, today was an easier teaching day. Took a wander down to Ely marina at lunchtime for a bag of chips, and then headed to the pub for a drink with my mentor who I hadn't seen for several months. Lovely to catch up. Into the car, and driving down to Bury St Edmunds to see Luke Jerram's GAIA hanging in the Apex. Met with my friend Simon - we did our geography degree together over 30 years ago. A pint of Gunner's Daughter in the Cannon Street brewery. Back home to watch the Giro... A nice end to the week.
