Making herself at home

My husband arrived back today with our new pup, Min Win.  Min is actually a "retiree" - an older female that produced two litters of lovely Cavalier babies - an is now wanting a quiet home to enjoy.  

As soon as she arrived, she immediately reunited with Yofi - her childhood playmate.  The two of them were very happy to be together again.  She and Wally were also quick to make friends.  And Min made herself immediately at home by rolling all over the carpet (a leaving little calling cards - her black fur - all over!).  Oh, the joys have having a new member of the family.  

This is a really terrible photo, but this girl is just enthusiastic about everything in her new home and didn't settle down until very late last night.  Then, she climbed up on top of my husband's chest and promptly went to sleep.  

So, until tomorrow - hopefully I will get a nice picture of her for you.
