Connecting

Zoe’s words were, “This is the closest I’ve ever been to some ducks!” She approached them softly and sat quietly as near as she could get. Unusual for her, but she just loves to connect with anything she can. We had just come from a playground where despite her mask, I didn’t feel it was a safe situation, as there were too many children not wearing masks and not physically distancing so we had to move on to the ducks - much less risky!
