Logo!!

Many years ago we had a week exploring some of the wonderful scenery to be seen along the Scottish borders and one spot we visited was the market town of Moffat on the A74, above Dumfries and I noticed the Logo of a company with retail shops all over the UK, on the wall of the entrance, to what was then their head office, The Edinburgh Woollen Mills, I took a photo of their delightful Rams Horn logo and later extracted it from the walled background and placed it on a complimentary textured one I had picked up in the past.
The news a couple of days ago that the entire company had since expanded to cover two other companies and all three of them, had overnight announced they were faced with no choice other than complete closure and place all three in administration  with the loss of 21.000 jobs, came as quite a shock.
My sympathy goes out to all those people, everyone of which must still be reeling from the news. Three companies, Edinburgh Woollen Mills, Peacocks and Jaeger, all lost to our already depleted high streets. Such sad news for all their affected staff.
