Lunch

Swimming in the morning. The woman. looking to be in her sixies, in the lane next to me commented on my butterfly saying that she can't do butterfly because she taught herself to swim a few years ago using youtube videos and that she is now doing triathlons. Some people just have get-up-and-go. My get-up-and-go has got up and left.

Afterwards we went to Sainsbury's to get milk and mackerel for a fishcake recipe C wanted to try. We left £100 later.

Watched the tennis and Hotel Transylvania 3 the rest of the day.

Steak for supper.
